Community Connections Division: This Division is the organization's heart as it connects with our community at the NICE Community Center. This division provides immigrant community members with essential information, guides them as they interact with different NYC agencies, and provides life and work referrals so they can start or succeed in thier journey to thrive in NY State & NYC. Community Connection Division's staff offers life workshops on how our community can build their legal identity in the USA, transportation, health access, and financial empowerment as part of NICE's Pre-Apprenticeship for Life and Work program.

Development Division: NICE Development Division focuses on securing the funds needed to support all NICE initiatives. It manages government and foundation grants, cultivates relationships with corporate partners and individual donors, and organizes fundraising events and campaigns. By building and nurturing these connections, this division ensures a sustainable funding base that enhances the organization's ability to achieve its goals.
